We have a dear friend and fellow designer that has been diagnosed with leukemia. She has missed a lot of work and so designers from Scraps N Pieces and Stuff to Scrap have come together to put together a fund raising kit to benefit our Dear Friend. She is a great designer and a good friend to all of us. She is having to take a break right now from work and from designing to take care of herself and we hope the funds raised from this template pack will help benefit her in some small way and show our appreciation to her for all she has done to help and support us.

This template pack contains 40 - 12x12 templates and 4 - 8.5 x 11 templates in PSD, TIF, PNG, and PAGE formats. You will get tons of use from them and be able to use them over and over again. Be sure to tell your friends to come pick up this great deal on some awesome templates and help out our friend in the meantime.  Templa te pack is $15 regularly, but on sale for $11.99 right now. That makes it less than 30cents per template!

On The Right Track

Do you hear that …. the faint sound of a train whistle in the background? The rumble of the cars coming down the track? Chug on over to see what True North Scraps and Keystone Scraps have teamed up to bring to you this week.

ON THE RIGHT TRACK

This collaboration is a must have to showcase pages of that magical train ride or even one of those clunky ones in the shopping mall. The rich color palette catches your eye and the array of elements will find you wanting to create beautiful clusters or tons of layout pages. Either way it's a win-win right?

Dawna has packed in 47 elements and 17 papers as well as an adorable train alpha into her portion of the kit. Paula has over 70 elements and 28 papers and two alphas. You will find one alpha offered to download for free at her site this week, after that it will only be available as part of the kit purchase. Between the 2 kits, you get way over 100 elements and 45 papers... that is quite a kit! Oh yeah, and don't forget those three alphas to complete this classic styled collaboration. Who wouldn't want to hop on that train?

Both of these kits are on sale but only for a limited time. True North Scraps has this kit on sale at Scraps N Pieces at 30% off this weekend. The portion from Keystone Scraps is available at both Scraps N Pieces and Stuff To Scrap at 30% off but for the weekend ONLY as well! Be sure to not delay and pick up these beautiful kits before the sale price pulls out of the station.

And if just by seeing the kit you aren't already inspired by what you can create … take a look at what I have done with it.

Also the girls have made some freebies for you to enjoy … be sure to visit the following blogs to pick up their generous offers.

I leave you with one last thing … a poem called:
“Pleasant Travels Through Life” … author unknown

Life is but a journey on a train, With a pair of travelers at each windowpane. I may sit beside you the whole journey through, Or I may be seated elsewhere, never knowing you. But if fate should mark me to sit at your side, Let's be pleasant travelers, it's so short a ride.
